The short version: this site doesn’t track you, and we only ever see what a shop tells us in order to fill an order.

What this website collects
Nothing. inkwrenstudios.com is a set of static pages. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no cookie set by us, and no login. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting; we do not use them to build a profile of anyone.
When you buy something
Purchases happen on Etsy or Payhip, not here. Those companies take payment, deliver your files, and are the data controllers for that transaction. We see only what they share with us in order to fulfil an order — typically your name, your order details, and a way to message you. We never see your full payment-card details. Their privacy policies govern what they collect: read Etsy’s and Payhip’s policies for the detail.
If you email us
We keep the message so we can answer it and so we can find it if you write again about the same thing. We don’t add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
The mailing list
If you give us your address for the mailing list, we use it for one thing: a short note when a new pack is ready. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and asking us to remove you removes you. We do not sell, rent or share the list.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. If a page ever embeds something from another service — a checkout widget or an embedded video — that service may set its own; we will say so on the page that does it.
Children
Our books are for children; this website is for the adults who buy them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@inkwrenstudios.com and we will respond. Where a purchase record is held by Etsy or Payhip, you may need to ask them directly — we will tell you which.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and, for anything significant, say so on the mailing list.
